Fertility isn’t just medical. It’s emotional, cultural, deeply personal and isolating.
It’s the loneliness, the silent pressure, the expectations and the part of you that feels like you’re slowly disappearing underneath it all. I’m here to support you, not just the treatment plan, so you don’t feel like you’re losing the pieces of yourself that matter.
Together, we Rise Up Beyond Fertility, not by pretending it isn’t hard, but by making sure this chapter doesn’t shrink you.
Hi I’m Tina.
I’m Tina Padia founder of Tina Fertility Coach and the Rise Up Beyond Fertility™ framework and movement.
In 2025, I was Awarded: Most Pioneering NLP & Fertility Mindset Coach by Global Pharma Health Women’s Health.
I started IVF in my late 30s and spent four long years trying everything my clinic suggested (and so much more trust me!)
Hundreds and hundreds of injections (around 700+), endless pills and all the supplements, major 6 hour surgery, unsuccessful cycles and transfers and more hours in the waiting rooms than I can count.
But the hardest part wasn’t the medical side it was everything else around it.
The BIG emotions.
The huge identity shift.
The guilt, shame and loneliness.
The constant question of who am I becoming?
And as a South Asian woman, the cultural pressure made it even heavier, you can’t imagine some of the comments I had to hear, the expectations, the quiet (and loud) comparison, the family gatherings that left me crying in the bathroom, feeling like I was a complete and utter failure.
There’s this unspoken belief that family should come easily, a baby should come easily as it’s the most natural thing apparently.
But when it doesn’t, the shame and self-blame sink in fast.
I know that place so well and so deeply, holding hope one minute and heartbreak the next, pretending I was coping while quietly falling apart inside.
What changed things for me wasn’t a new clinic or protocol.
It was the inner work, the healing, the growth, learning how to speak to myself differently, support my nervous system and rebuild the parts of me I felt I was losing.
And that work eventually led me to motherhood at 42, and into this work supporting women emotionally, culturally and as whole human beings walking through something far bigger than a treatment plan.
This isn’t about toxic positivity or pretending it’s all fine.
It’s about understanding what’s happening in your inner world, your thoughts, your emotional responses and your nervous system , so you can move through this all from steadiness instead of survival mode.
It’s about doing the inner work , understanding your patterns, regulating your nervous system and responding from self-trust instead of fear and anxiety.
And it’s about Rising Up Beyond Fertility and refusing to let this journey shrink you or strip away the most important parts that make you, you.
How we can work together
1:1 Coaching
This is for women who want personal, tailored support and a private space to process everything that comes with TTC and IVF.
We’ll work on easing the emotional load, untangling the fear and overthinking, and helping you stay connected to yourself — not just the outcome.
Group Support (Coming Soon)
A small, safe space for women who don’t want to go through this in silence anymore.
You’ll learn tools, share experiences, and feel held by a community who genuinely gets it — no explaining, no masks, no pretending.
Talks, Workshops + Clinics
I also partner with workplaces, clinics and communities to bring emotional support into spaces where it’s often missing.
Whether it’s corporate programs, fertility awareness sessions or patient support events, the focus is always the same — seeing and supporting the whole woman, not just the medical file.
Retreats (Coming Soon)
Time away to rest, reset and reconnect with yourself again — emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
A gentle pause from the noise so you can breathe, reflect, and feel supported in a deeper way.

Why Work With Me
Because I’ve lived this.
Four years of IVF showed me first-hand how heavy, lonely and confusing this journey can feel especially when everyone around you assumes you’re “fine”.
My background blends Neuroscience, NLP, emotional support, life coaching (ICI) and lived experience.
But what matters most is this:
I see you as a whole person and not just someone trying to get pregnant, and not just a fertility story.
This work is about more than coping.
It’s about helping you cope in a way that feels manageable, meaningful and less overwhelming no matter what comes next.
We don’t rise by pushing harder,
we rise when we’re seen, supported, and not carrying it all alone.
Because no one should go through this alone, here’s what others found inside this work
